Heading for Greece!

Saturday morning, at o-dark thirty, we'll head out to the Boise airport to meet up with the rest of our group. There's about 40 of us form the Boise First UMC "Cathedral of the Rockies". Our group is lead by Steve Tollefson and his wife Vicky. The tour of Greece and a little bit of Turkey is called the "Journeys of Paul". We'll visit many sites said to be important in the Biblical history of Paul's mission.

We fly to Chicago then Frankfort. We'll arrive in Thessaloniki by late Saturday and begin our real touring on Monday. After a week in Greece, we'll hop aboard a cruise ship for three days to visit some of the islands, some Turkish, in the Aegean.

Our usual habit is to "blog" at the end of each day. Download photos from the camera, pick the best ones and comment on where we'd been. Of course, one must have decent wi-fi access to do that. Not always possible. So we'll see!

This is a blog of our trip. Its our way of creating a scrapbook for ourselves. We're sharing it with you because you just might enjoy it. If not, that's OK, too!
